Terms of Service

General rules, rights, and obligations when using Barossa Minibusses.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the barossaminibusses.com website and the transportation services offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.

Barossa Minibusses reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Barossa Minibusses offers group minibus transportation services for organized trips, airport transfers, corporate events, and tourist excursions in the Barossa region and Adelaide. The vehicles have capacity for groups of up to 20 passengers and are equipped with air conditioning, seat belts, and luggage space.

The service is provided upon prior reservation, subject to availability. We do not guarantee immediate availability without written confirmation. Routes and schedules are agreed upon at the time of booking and may be adjusted according to client needs, provided they do not affect service operations.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information when making the reservation (number of passengers, pick-up and drop-off points, schedules).
  • Respect the agreed schedules. If the group does not appear at the meeting point within 15 minutes of the agreed time, the service may be considered canceled without the right to a refund.
  • Not exceed the maximum vehicle capacity indicated in the booking confirmation.
  • Not transport dangerous, illegal, or items that could damage the vehicle.
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligent or intentional behavior of the passengers.
4. Responsibilities of Barossa Minibusses

Barossa Minibusses commits to:

  • Providing a vehicle in optimal safety and cleanliness conditions.
  • Assigning a professional driver with a valid license and experience on local routes.
  • Complying with the agreed schedules and routes, except for delays due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, traffic accidents, road closures).
  • Maintaining civil liability insurance and vehicle insurance in accordance with Spanish legislation.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen mechanical issues. In such cases, we will offer reasonable alternatives where possible.

5. Cancellation and Change Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service start time will incur no charge. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the service will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or the group's failure to show up will result in a charge of 100% of the service.

Changes to the schedule or route are subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment. It is recommended to notify any modification as far in advance as possible.

Barossa Minibusses reserves the right to cancel a service for operational reasons, fully refunding the amount paid, without additional liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barossa Minibusses shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of business opportunities, alternative travel expenses, or personal injury, unless such damages are caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Our total liability to the client for any claim related to the service shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property
