Capacity
How many passengers fit in a standard minibus?
Our vehicles have capacity for 13 passengers plus the driver. If the group exceeds that number, a second minibus is assigned or a backup service is coordinated with prior notice.
Luggage
Is space for large suitcases included?
Each passenger can bring one suitcase up to 23 kg and one carry-on bag. The central trunk has capacity for 8 large suitcases; the rest is placed in the rear seats if they are not occupied.
Route
Can I modify the route during the trip?
Yes, as long as the detour does not exceed 15 additional minutes over the original route. Major changes must be agreed upon in advance to adjust planning and avoid surcharges.
Schedules
What happens if the group is delayed at a stop?
The driver waits up to 20 minutes at no extra cost. After that time, it is considered extra waiting time and is billed per fraction of an hour according to the current rate.
Cancellation
Until when can I cancel without penalty?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before departure. Between 48 and 24 hours, a charge of 50% of the total amount applies; with less than 24 hours, no refund is given.
Minors
Do children need a special seat?
Passengers under 12 years old and shorter than 135 cm must travel in a child restraint system. We can provide seats upon prior request, at no additional cost.

We generally respond in less than 2 hours during the week. If your message arrives outside of business hours, we will attend to it at the start of the next business day. For emergencies, the phone is the fastest way.

Yes, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We adjust the stops at no additional cost, provided the detour does not exceed 15 km from the original route. Ask us about last-minute changes.

Yes, we provide transfers from the airport to any point in Barossa or Adelaide. We coordinate the time according to your flight and wait for you at the arrivals gate with an identification sign. Ideal for groups traveling together.

We work with bank transfer, credit and debit card. We send you a digital receipt once the reservation is made. We do not handle cash on board for security reasons.
